Intergalactic Stoics Society

The universe doesn’t care about your feelings. That’s the point.

Intergalactic Stoics Society — December 2022 — is the second JAMES I.V. project, and it’s exactly what the name promises: ancient philosophy projected into the cosmos. Stoicism — emotional discipline, clarity under pressure, indifference to chaos — pushed beyond Earth, beyond time. The glowing geometric eye on the cover isn’t watching you. It’s watching everything.

This is a project about inner space as much as outer space. Seven tracks built for the ones who know that inner space is the final frontier. Sub-bass as gravitational pull. Psychedelic texture as the fabric between stars. Not escapism — expansion.

The sequence:

God BloodBrother opens like a ceremony for the long road — drums pushed into analog warmth with real gravity. Tactile truth for the focused traveler.

The Fourth Strategy is calm precision in an expansive void — a steady hand on the controls through a field of stardust. The most powerful move is the most disciplined one.

Looking Inside Up is what the ascent sounds like when you stop fighting it. Pads stretched wide, a snap that keeps you grounded. Inside-out earns the height.

Bluelight To I-85 — 3AM, dashboard glow, deep-pulse highway hypnosis. A study in distance. Stay in the eye of the drift.

Grapes And Math speaks the only language the vacuum knows — arithmetic. Every sound a vital unit of measure. The truth is a science, and the science always scales.

Trouble X holds cosmic restraint when the grid starts to fail. Space is indifferent, so the discipline is absolute.

Know Space closes the transmission at 3:40AM — charting the distance between unknown origins and the edge of everything. Know thyself. Know space.
